Certificate of authenticity

Each work exhibited on the FairArt site is signed by the artist. They have been selected by our experts and will be delivered to you with a certificate of authenticity and an invoice. We take particular care in the selection of our artists and their works in order to provide our customers all guarantees of authenticity that one may expect.

Secure payments

Payments by credit card and bank transfer are accepted.

• Payment by banking card (Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard): After choosing this method of payment and having validated the order, we reserve the selected work for you, we encash your payment, and organize the art delivery as quickly as possible. This payment is completely secure. It does through the secure online payment solution Stripe. The transaction is carried out in the closed network of our banking partner and we have no knowledge of any confidential payment information of the buyer.

• Payment by bank transfer: After choosing this method of payment and having validated the order, we reserve the selected work for you, and we send you our IBAN by email. The work is reserved for you for 8 days. Upon receiving your bank transfer, we will organize its delivery as quickly as possible.

How to return a work to FairArt

For any acquisition made on our online gallery, and if you are a national of the European Union, you will have 14 days from receipt of the ordered work to exercise your right of withdrawal from FairArt.  This without having to justify any reason and without having to pay a penalty.

The work must be returned directly to the artist's address which will be communicated to you.

After checking that the work has been returned to the artist in its original packaging and without having been damaged, we will refund you the price initially paid. You will be responsible for return packaging and transport costs.
